Shipping and Billing Info

We accept paypal as the main form of payment but if you do not have a paypal account you can still pay with a credit or debit card by filling in the information at checkout or send a personal check or money order. If you will be paying by check or money order please fill out the form below and I will contact you with the final total and way to send payment. Please print out the final reciept I send you and mail it with your payment. DO NOT add items to your cart if you want to pay by mail. That will take you to the credit card checkout. I will then send an invoice for the purchase to your e-mail. I will send orders when I receive payment & will notify you when I send out your orders.If you send a request I will make the product in your desired colors and e-mail you a picture before I mail it to you to make sure it's what you want. If you have a gift certificate as payment either enter the code at checkout or mail it to me with your order if paying by check or money order. All items are handmade by me so please allow 2-4 weeks to receive your order. I'm sorry but I cannot do refunds because I use the money from each order to make your products. I will exchange an item if there was a mistake on MY part, such as the wrong color or size within 30 days. If there are any additional questions you can e-mail me at customersupport@immortelledesigns.com.
